Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your Eleria products 💛
Due to the intimate nature of menstrual products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference once an order has been delivered.
Eligible Returns & Refunds
We will offer a refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:
- The item is faulty or defective
- The item has been described incorrectly
- You have received an incorrect item
If your order meets one of the above criteria, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@eleria.com, including:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos where applicable (this helps us resolve things faster)
What Happens Next
Once we’ve reviewed your request:
- We may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation
- Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds will cover the cost of the item only and will not include original or return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated
Returns
If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless faulty.
International Orders
Please note that for international orders, delivery delays caused by customs, local courier handling, or incorrect address details are outside our control. We recommend ensuring all delivery details are correct at checkout.
