Eleria Cup & Case - Green

I have PCOS and have heavy and painful periods which tend to be every 2 weeks. Using the eleria cup has been a game changer, I feel like my period pain is less than compared to using pads and I don’t have to constantly worry about leaks or running to the bathroom every couple of hours. The cup can be fiddly to use at the start, at the start I made sure I only inserted and emptied while I was at home so I could get use to it. As long as you have placed the cup in and the seal has formed you will not leak. For me, doing the 7 fold was helpful or the punch down and making sure to angle back, the cup will suction and you can feel the cup against the walls however when this is not the case, I find leaving the cup where it is and walking about for 5/10 mins it’ll either open fully or you will need to readjust. If it is sore or uncomfortable, it’s not in the correct place. Follow the instructions and any other tips online as everyone’s anatomy is different! I would like to maybe try a different style of cup that would fit my anatomy but with the cup being able to last a few years there’s no need to change.
The case is so good to use to clean your product, before and after your period you simply sterilise the cup in the case with water and place in the microwave. There’s a funnel end to the case which makes pouring water out easy. The case also enables you to clean the cup when you are out and about, as you can fill it with water before leaving the house as it’s leakproof. However you can’t store the cup in the case when not in use as it can grow mold.

Every time my period comes I’m so excited to use this cup. I have found it so easy to use and comfortable. I used to leak every night with tampons and pads but not once has this happened. The case is brilliant and I love how I can sterilise in the case. Definitely won’t be looking back now.
